About our ministry.

Grace & Peace Church exists to bring honor and glory to our glorious and majestic God through THE WORSHIP OF GOD (our highest calling, purpose, and motive behind all that we do), THE NURTURE OF THE SAINTS (by the teaching & preaching of God's Word, equipping every believer for the work of ministry and encouraging one another to the glory of God), and OUTREACH TO THE LOST (by Christ-centered evangelism, seeking to speak & live the truth in love). 

Our Church
Beliefs.

Whereas we, being a body of people of like precious faith: 

  1. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life through His death and the power of His resurrection. 

  2. Believe the Bible to be God’s word and the revelation of His will to man and accept it as our rule for faith and conduct. 

  3. Believe Christian fellowship, mutual edification and evangelical effort, in the form of local churches, is God’s ordained order for His people. 

  4. Believe each church is to assemble together for worship, fellowship, counsel, and instruction and in the Word of God, and the work of the ministry.

  5. Believe each church should exercise the gifts and offices provided for in the New Testament to obtain the goal, to equip the saints for works of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as we mature to the full measure of the stature of Christ. (Eph 4:12-13)

Therefore, we have accepted and adopted the following Statement of faith. We shall seek, by the grace of God to teach and propagate the doctrines contained in the Statement of faith.

Statement Of Faith

  • We believe in the one, holy, creating, redeeming and sovereign in all things without exception God, eternally existing in three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 

  • We believe in the divine inspiration and the entire trustworthiness of the Bible, its infallible teaching and supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct, and its normative value for all people, at all times, in all cultures. 

  • We believe that all people without distinction are made in the image of God, but all are now sinners and have incurred both God`s holy wrath and their own shame and guilt. All are therefore in utter need of redemption.  

  • We believe in the justification of sinners by God`s grace, through faith in Christ alone. 

  • We believe that anyone who professes faith in Christ should obey Christs command to be baptized and they should unite with a local church with the same convictions in order to maintain the unity of the Spirit and the bonds of peace. They should not forsake fellowship in order to maintain accountability with the brethren.  

  • We believe in the Holy Spirit and in his convicting, regenerating, sanctifying and reviving work. He guides and empowers individuals and churches in their service to God and man.  

  • We believe in the unity and priesthood of all believers who together form the one, holy, universal, apostolic church. 

  • We believe in the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ in power and great glory to judge both the living and the dead.

  • We believe that the Scriptures set out only two destinies for humanity: the joyful prospect of eternal life in the presence of God for those who have received Christ, and the agonizing prospect of eternal separation from God for those who have rejected him.

  •  We believe and proclaim the Doctrines of Grace and Reformed Theology.
